Methods

Difficult times allow us to develop determination and inner strength.
Dalai Lama

In psychotherapeutic practice, different methods are applied in an integral way. These methods complement each other, leading to the desired changes and contributing to well-being. Below you will find a brief description of the methods I use:

Systemic family therapy

according to Virginia Satir
No one is alone and we are always connected to others. Through a systemic view, expressed through family sculpture and family reconstruction, we gain a helpful perspective on our lives in the family and in other systems.

Systemic Structural Constellation ®

Using systemic structural constellations, we work directly at the basis of communicative reality creation and can thus effectively bring about sustainable solutions. We work with the system board, individually with constellation work in the room and in the group with representatives.

Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP)

Through language, the utilization of language patterns and trance-like states, we gain direct access to the structure of our subjective experience and can thus create desired solutions and realities in a targeted and effective way.

Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)

By means of verbal focusing, guided eye movements and thus directly influenced brain reactions, even deep-seated traumas can be resolved in a gentle and safe way.

Brainspotting

Brainspotting is a further development of EMDR where traumas and difficult experiences are also integrated on a neurological level in a gentle and safe way by focusing attention. In this way, problematic behavior can be resolved and brought to a solution.

Solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT)

The focus is on the desired goals and our available resources. A respectful attitude and the assumption that the existing skills are sufficient to solve the problem lead to quick and lasting improvement.

Hypno/systemic methods

This term covers various methods that use formal or everyday trance states and suggestions to promote healing, searching and learning processes.

Various methods from play therapy

Play in its infinite forms is used to establish contact and structure relationships. Solutions to personal problems are developed with children on a pre-linguistic level and traumas are overcome.
